Before I turn to the music, some thoughts on the artwork \u2013 it\u2019s only a few illustrations, but the symbolism within them would be enough for several releases: religious fanaticism, holy wars, the collapse of the concept of time, memory, emotions and the ways to manipulate them…. Check it out, even if you\u2019re not really into power electronics, because although genre sounds are certainly the basis here, \u201cSecular Hymns\u201d is really above genres.<\/i> – Santa Sangre<\/p>\n

If ever there was ambient sounds to truly inspire the industrial artist, these are them.<\/i> – Rome Ruined<\/p>\n

I should make mention of the bizarre artwork on this 6-panel digipak which I won\u2019t even try to describe; it\u2019s just really, really weird.<\/i> – Chain DLK<\/p>\n
