They pulled out all the stoppers for this one. From the extremely shitty design to the re-hashed pop music within; this presents perhaps everything that I hate about experimental wankery. <\/p>\n

I really shouldn’t even continue this review past the first track entitled Los Angeles Music Test<\/i> which consists of a computer-type voice narrating the track number and then playing a 3-5 second clip of a classic rock song. This track is 13 minutes and goes up to 94 clips of classic rock songs. <\/p>\n

The remainder of the disc jumps around from distorted music samples, fucked up field recordings, non-fucked up field recordings, and random samples of dialogue ranging from stoner conversations to customer service calls. <\/p>\n

I can almost understand the need for this kind of random document to exist if this had been released before the internet existed; but in the age of YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and all these other inundations (assualts?) of random media this disc is redundant and pointless. <\/p>\n

Inner Dialogue is like a recording of life, you can either just live life and enjoy the sounds you hear or you can put this on and experience the sounds of someone else’s life placed on top of your life for 47 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
